DuBois Granite & Quartz stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of every project. For residential customers, we offer up to two (2) complimentary service calls within the first five (5) years for minor surface issues, such as scratches, chip repairs, or seam separation due to normal new-construction settling. Customers with natural stone countertops also receive one (1) complimentary sealer reapplication* within the same period. After five years, repair and maintenance services are available for a standard service fee.

*DuBois Granite & Quartz uses an impregnator sealer during fabrication, which is designed to last 15+ years without reapplication. Heavy-duty and harsh antibacterial cleaners can deteriorate the sealers’ effectiveness.

Many of our quartz manufacturers provide product-specific warranties on their company websites. We encourage our customers who purchase quartz countertops to register their project with the manufacturer to ensure warranty coverage after the initial five-year period.
